He'll end up having to play the kids, who haven't had a sniff all season. What a way to wreck their confidence that will be.

I think the National League North is looking like best case scenario right now.

Even if we got rid of the whole team we'd still be financially unviable.

"On the financial front, while it is understood a tax bill will be covered by the money received from the Just Giving page, the clock is ticking again for Pools to find the money to pay other invoices and the player and staff wages for next month."

Interesting quote I would of thought a statement or something might of appeared in the press once the just giving money was handed over.

I wasn't aware that it had been and I was sure at the meeting/facebook page they said the money would be used to cover bills and wages not fend off the tax man.

I know Pam has been in hiding since Musgrave released his statement but I should imagine she will resurface to thank the public for their kind donations once the money is handed over.

I think Rachel said it was currently being processed, pretty sure she would have posted if it had already been handed over.

If more players do leave maybe it will give Blackford and Hawkes etc. a run out and show us some passion.

We might even get to see if Munns can play. The guy must be the only one in the squad who hasn't had a fair run of games.

If a committee was formed to devise a way of grinding a club into the dust, humiliating and dividing the fans and doing it in the most heartless and painful way possible, they could save their time and use as the blueprint.
Not only that, we come with the added bonus of leaving a legacy of the fan base fighting each other over the club's corpse.

I'd like to think she's been busy getting the books in a state that someone might want to buy the club.

Add Richardson and Hawkes and latterly Simpson.

HUFC must be the only club in living memory whose team are dogshit, yet they manage to sell a player for 65k who hardly played a game.

It happens all of the time man with 16 and 17 year old kids. Going back 20 years Darlo were kept going by selling Coppinger and Robinson to Newcastle for a damn site more than £65k neither had been near the first team. He was a 17 year old kid he wasn’t going to be featuring in the first team much, he’s gone to Preston to play youth team football for now they have took a punt on him because of his size. You are like a cracked record, he’s a kid.
