Both been offered to gateshead according to my friend who was talking to Steve Watson, said he'd rather have magnay. Can take all of them for me, don't like any of our players apart from loach, woods occasionally and maybe donnelly, the rest are utterly bollocks!

I agree he is good with the ball and would possibly be better in a decent side but I wouldn't cry if he left as he's been part of a rotten team for 4 years.

Sounds like a crime fighting duo who get into hilarious scrapes.

Featherstone does dictate the tempo, but it's always somewhere between slow and stationery. He also has an annoying trait of playing the ball in any direction but the one he's facing, necessitating his habitual 180 degree pirouette and draining any momentum the team may have gathered. Don't get me wrong, he's a tidy player, but we have been crying out for something more dynamic than "tidy" in midfield for years. Like all of our players any of the joy of playing football seems to have vanished years ago, they just do things by habit now.

Believe it or not featherstone others nothing in a attack and less in defence. He's the modern player that has nothing but a pass to an open full back or goalkeeper. Surely the fact if anyone has £1 can have any of our players is testament. The players is unfit and not just on the back of his injury has been for a while. As well as most of these seasoned players most have a shocking win or losing percentage for appearances depending how you chose to look at it.

Good luck to them both, hopefully they have success at a better well run club.
