Yes a wonderful effort by Pools fans turning out in force coupled with those fans from the Boro and so many other clubs who came to support our club - not to mention the fantastic fundraising efforts of so many individuals including schoolchildren. It was nothing short of shameful that the players were totally incapable of rising to the occasion, bellying up in their usual spineless manner to an average-at-best Wrexham side under the watchful gaze of Hapless Harrison and his equally inept coaching personnel. The fans, Hangus, the ground staff, the bar & catering staff, stewards and the rest of those who helped make yesterdays game a huge success fully deserve to see the club survive. Unlike the vast majority of the players, the managerial team and coaching staff who should hang their heads in shame after that pathetic display which failed to rouse almost seven thousand people desperate for a spark of life from the pitch that never came.
