Tickets left for Saturday!

Amazing effort.

I definitely think halfing the Rink End needs looking into as Wrexham will only bring 300/400 at a guess.

Few Wrexham fans moaning saying we shouldn't segregate the rink end. Why shouldn't we if they can't sell out?

I wonder if Wrexham fans feel like that team that had to play Brighton at that Fans United day that was backed by the media whore of the day?

At least now though we can all forget the very fake dislike of Brighton a lot of people have held for 20 years.

That’s not true is it or certainly not a rivalry I remember. Pools fans had a very good relationship with Brighton fans I remember them raising a load of money for lad who was paralysed and they played us the game after Micheal Maidens died.

Are you kidding? Even during that game their centreback took the mickey out of the day, if you care to properly remember. Richie Barker was going to kill him. There are many fans still hate Brighton to this day.

I hate that fucker Elphick but don’t really blame Brighton as a club for him. As I say I remember a good relationship between the fans certainly.

Would be amazed , even with 100,000 behind us , if we emulated Brighton and won 5-0

Thw whole build up was appallingly biased. Pools did not stand a chance that day. We were cannon fodder.

Its players like Elphick who make the difference in league 1 and 2. We never had anyone like that, but came close with Mark Tinkler, Paul Murray and Tommy Widdrington/ Willie Boland

:-D I only went to Brighton one time about 25 years ago.
Our keeper got sent off. John McPhail went in goal saved a penalty then Brian Honour scored our equaliser in last minute.

500 poolies went absolutely mental including a few who invaded the pitch.
Happy days

Great day out that ! one of my top 10 away days ! No cliques in those days, regardless of whether you knew one another or not, just all poolies together, with a common goal, to have a good time and see us win.

Very fake dislike, what the fook are you on about, they got away will murder, obviously not in a literal sense that season and Hereford were shat upon to a certain degree, that along with Elphicks actions a few years later may have helped cement this dislike

I personally dislike Southampton more and believe we should erect a statue of parmo outside the Vic as soon as we are back on a level footing as a club
