I attempted some herb bread today, added dill to the usual mix and ended up with dill dough, fuck me it was awful!

Not bread I know, but someone was telling me yesterday there is a café in Durham , that sells Stilton Scones. Now I would like to try one of those, they sound delicious.

I Baked four this week,
2 x bacon day proof
2 x cotswold crunch

All yummy, but my midriff is expanding at an alarming rate so will have to cut back to three. :lol:
