I'd settle for a draw and a replay. (unless they've done away with replays)

Happened to be in Workington last week and what a vibrant place it seemed to be. Population of only 25,000 yet has a Debenhams, proper M&S and even an HMV ! Compact town centre but loads going on. Usual christmas stuff and market, but also street artists and theatre. Some pretty grim housing, but no worse than anywhere else and only 20 minutes from the Lakes.

Absolutely embarrassing. Franks and Oates on the wings, Rodney and Cassidy up front.

Absolutely baffling again from Mr World Record holder, just get rid of him before it's too late for this season. People are saying we won't go down but the way things are going I'm not that confident.

Workington 5th in the 7th tier.

We must settle for very poor non league football or change the manager to someone who understands the demands of the National League. Effort, enthusiasm and dare I say it, fitness are needed as trying to play a passing game has patently failed.

If we think this team is bad wait till next season when the financial cut backs kick in major style.
Time for PAM to man up and sack Harrison.

I’m normally a voice of reason type of bloke, been around long enough to filter our all the “guff” that a lot of people spout. However, enough is enough, i’ve seen my son, (AberdeenPools) give up after over 30 years including being a season ticket holder from up here in Aberdeen, 600 mile round trips on a regular basis just for home games even in mid-week. How do I defend what is going on at the moment, words fail me, Samaritans on red alert !

I really don't see this getting any better. Match day attendances are going to take a hit at this rate, you turn up expecting nothing and that's what you get.
Hope in August to utter despair before Xmas.

A new low for pools

Barely gets much of a reaction from me these days. Doesn’t feel like the same club, owners who don’t want to be here, fans fighting, Manager out of his depth n players I can’t stand.

Meh

Enough is Enough ........Go NOW Embarrassing Harrison and take ya love boys and Pam with you and get the foooooooooooooook out of OUR football club NOW!!!!!!!! We have had years and many many more years of being mocked for supporting a low life shit football club called Hartlepool United. Why do we even bother to support such a shit football club .... well I will tell you why ......OUR club is in our hearts and in our body we love it like we love our families we have Blue & White blood running through our veins ... We feel EVERY single punch our club takes just like a boxer ( believe me its almost been none stop since our club was formed in 1908) and sadly we fall for almost EVERY PROMISE made by new owners / managers / players / etc because we are blinded by our love of our football world Hartlepool United Football Club. You pretenders who claim our club as yours (directors) / kiss the badge(players) / and confess to loving our club (Managers etc) do not have a fooooking clue what its really like being a real Poolie. I will give you a little insight when I was a 9 yr old I got my 1st pools scarf for Christmas and I quickly put it on and it stayed on for days even in bed ...Why ....Because I simply felt a million dollars ...my scarf my team my Hartlepool United. I could not wait to show my mates " what felt like my treasure my heart beat and my pride at wearing the Poolie scarf " some went on to support M.U. Liverpool Leeds the easy option but for me it was always and will be always Pools. Are we wrong to dream the dream ?? The likes of Bournemouth / Burnley / Huddersfield have proven nothing is impossible in football. We are a small club and maybe the Premiership is only a dream but the Championship is not ...just look at Rotherham / Barnsley / Bristol City then take a look at Burton Albion who played in our league as recent as 2002 and now play in the Championship with crowds that we would pissssss all over if in the same league (2017 best home attendance 5786 Aston Villa and worst Preston 3659) ....I will tell you fooookers WHY we all love our little "Artlepool United football club" mostly famous for failure well over the past 100 years or so. We simply cannot STOP loving OUR club ( that's almost like not loving your family) and we NEVER will no matter what happens but sadly you lot take advantage of that fact and use it against us instead of using our love and loyalty to OUR club to build and prosper. In layman's terms you don't even come close to OUR World of football so fooooooooooooook offffffffffffffffff before you put the final nail in the coffin OR invest in the dream and sack clueless Harrison the Embarrassing & friends and have a fresh start before it all collapses around you taking your investment and OUR club into oblivion. :angry-screaming:

Just how I've always felt Mr T. My town, my club.
This season is like some bizarre experiment going horribly wrong. Harrison is like a man who won a competition to manage a football team for a season and talks in some frantic football techno gibberish, his world falling apart around him. Just like the Black Knight in Monty Python's Holy Grail, he's unable to see it's over. We now have a window of opportunity to take a gamble and bring in someone who can grab the steering wheel of our cut n shut outfit and organise and galvanise a team, this farce can only play out one way and after last season we all know how it can drift into another spiral of decline.
Basically, we need a manager.

Although we don’t give a toss about the FA Trophy any more, can someone explain why the Chester v Fylde game went to extra time and penalties yesterday and not to a replay? sctatchinghead
