The drink must be good in the mill house. The match was at best rubbish but the best I've seen this season. The league is a joke and a more positive pools would runaway with it. As the weather changes I can only see paying punters drop right off. People where passing the tickets back through the fence and they weren't the ones robbing anyone. Harrison has a job of winning games but also a right to entertain. If anyone can watch that and claim to be happy good luck. Sutton had a team that looked anything to be professional run but they did have a game plan to score goals which didn't involve boring the opposition into submission.

I think a more positive pools would concede a fuckload to be honest. Happy with narrow wins and draws.

A very negative one is not to far from it for me it's only poor finishing and not defensive dominance.

Totally agree with that.

This in terms of ability is the weakest Pools team I can remember all of this talk of tactics being wrong and more positive football seeing us romp up the League is delusional. I reckon the manager is doing a decent job with what he has.

I'm not too disappointed with a point today, I thought Sutton were well worth a point, they adapted to the elements much better than we did, and the increase in the wind strength suited them. They were a good passing side, I noticed that Magnay seemed to aggravate his stomach strain and was struggling, I'm sure Sutton noticed that and late on pinpointed that wing to create most of their chances, not sure why he wasn't replaced earlier, although he gave his all as usual.

After their guy got stretchered off( hope it's nothing serious) we simply conceded space and the ball to ten men.
It was painfully obvious what was going to happen. They were allowed to rain cross after cross into our box.
We should have been trying to keep possession against ten men.
As for entertainment.......................that came from Sutton's Goalie.
Referee was very poor.

Their back four looked like they had come straight out of a Sunday league and the goalkeeper as if that was the first game of football he had ever played and had the rules briefly explained to him 5 minutes before the kick off. To have 3 meaning full shots at him all match is ridiculous. All of which he spilled or flapped.

How anybody thinks that being more attacking would result in us getting hammered is mind boggling. Be more positive force them back put them under pressure would relieve the pressure on our own defence by giving them something to deal with themselves.

The standard of the league is terrible at best. I have not seen a single player from any opposition team that I thought would be a good addition to our team and I think some of our players are poor.

The cost of entrance in relation to the entertainment is poor. We are at best only ever going one or possible two leagues higher so who or what league we are playing in does not really bother me. I would just like to look forward to going to the match because it will be a good game and regardless of the outcome to say I enjoyed. Even if they had not scored at the death yesterday I could not of said that and its been a long time since I could.

Maybe the difference was the two keepers. Yours certainly kept you in the game. The last minute goal was richly deserved.

Can't disagree. Awful conditions that you made the better of. Hope your player is ok, didn't look good.

Has to be confirmed, it likely Craig Eastmond has a broken ankle.

When the lad went down banging his hand on the ground like they do even when there is f..k all wrong with them, I thought here we go another one, get up you soft get. But before he was surrounded by players and physios, I had a very clear view of the shape and angle of his ankle, didn't look nice. Hope he recovers quickly. But this business of players going down banging hands on the ground together with the 'scream' if they realised that the more it's done the less people, namely officials and coaching staff will take them seriously. A sort of cry wolf really!!!

if someone goes down like that because his hair has been ruffled and the next time he is seriously injured the ref quite rightly will let play go on if not a head injury. players have to show some common sense for their fellow players. time the pfa get involved in any theatrical nonsence.
