Wholewheat is a type of flour that includes all of the wheat, the bran is added to do what high end waiters do, ease out the stools.

Just collected my first order of two loaves tonight and they look and smell fantastic! Taking them away with us for the weekend to Northumberland with friends and will report back Monday but if they taste anything like the sample of Chorizo bread me and the wife sampled I will be placing a regular order every week.

Cheers Master baker. clappp
