The new Rob Jones ??

Hard to comprehend we bring a player in whose injured from the off? How the hell did he pass a medical?

Obviously when fit he needs games , month out on loan in the Northern League or Unibond Premier/

How about the National North at a club like, say, Boston.

Isn't he the lad who just needed some new insoles for his boots? They must be very special insoles made by extra-clever footwear pixies if they haven't arrived yet.

It was aye, although other day official site said it was hamstring.

May possibly be connected to each other like.

He played 24 games last season, 23 the season before, and 43 the one before that, with 15 bookings in that season!!!

You'd normally say he'd be like a new signing when he's fit, but he IS a new signing!

But the season in four weeks old, he's not really in Rob Jones territory or 'taking the biscuit' is he? If it's been a long term problem maybe they are just making sure he's 100% before he returns? I'm sure the lad himself is busting to play.

Genuinely forgot we had even signed Luke George.

I've heard it'll be like having a smarter Roy Hogan on the rampage. I can't decide if that is a good or bad thing in the modern game but the prospect excites me anyway.

I've already decided he is shit and not the type of player we should've signed. Harrison Out.

Thinking about it irritation with Boy George jokes are probably what made him into a combative midfielder. A sort of 'Boy named Sue' of the centre circle.

He played the first half in a pre-season up at Whitley Bay and looked decent. Signing him was a calculated risk but as PJ has said, it's way too early to write him off.

He's missed a bunch of games, but only because the National League has 2 games a week in August. No way will he be going out on loan. Pools are showing signs of toughening up - it was good to see Lewis Hawkins bollocking a teammate for a sloppy bit of play on Saturday. Luke George will certainly add to that!

I misread the title and thought this was a George Lucas thread! Star Wars out or in? :confusion-confused:
