Watched a decent Irish film on Netflix last night....The Young Offenders....very funny in places....9/10!!!!

Tonight we watched....

Blood Father....brilliant reviews of both film and Mel Gibson....well I thought it was shite....3/10!!!! sadx

A Monster Calls....decent reviews....I thought it was superb....have the tissues ready (no, no tits)....9/10!!!!

Not a lot happens in the latest episode but enough to keep it ticking over. They did it brilliantly throughout Breaking Bad and BCS, nothing for a episode or two then it all kicks off.

I'm going to start my own show 'Better Call Gary' similar story line to Saul's but he's in recruitment, or at least claims to be.

On the last episode of "13 reason why". Been hooked and have by the time today is finished I will have done all 13 episodes in 2 days. Wasn't expecting it to be my thing but I've been hooked from the off.

The lass in it is alright mind. Well for a zombie anyway.

Watched the documentary Silicon Cowboys which is worth a look and then followed it up with the excellent Halt and Catch Fire season 1 - two more seasons to watch too.

Also - The Founder, Elvis & Nixon and Bleed For This (Vinny Paz boxing fillum). All worth a look.

And currently watching the manic street preachers documenraty escape from history.

I saw this on it's release date which included a live Q&A with Liam Gallagher broadcast from Leeds.

If the footage is online somewhere it's well worth looking up for a slightly posh interviewer desperately trying to get some cinematic insight from him with Liam clearly not arsed.

Watched an episode of two of Parks and Rec and didn't get into it. I've heard later series are better but for me there's funnier stuff about.

Watched White Gold on iPlayer. Comedy about PVC window salesman with two of the Inbetweeners lads in. Decent enough sitcom.

Parks and Rec is fantastic. First series is slow and you can genuinely skip it with no issues.

They make some changes and from series two onwards it's great. I'd put it slightly ahead of the US Office personally but it has the same tone.

Iv been watching the Mitchell and Web look a bit recently. Quite enjoyable.

Watched the Usual Suspects last night and enjoyed it as much as always.

I believe there is an episode of Better Call Saul just come out so will watch that on the bog later.

I watched trainspotting 1 & 2 back to back and was really looking forward to doing so. Thought T2 was a huge anticlimax, but was always going to struggle to follow up trainspotting, particularly after so many years. Spud by far the best character.

I gave El Chapo a go expecting it to be like Narcos but the subtitles were naff. Has potential to be good if someone who can speak English can redo it.

It's about the Mexican gadgie who run tunnels under the yank border to supply Colombian sherbet.

This is on Netflix and subs are spot on there. Would recommend to any Narcos fans.
