Last year the missed out on the playoffs at the end. They have changed their squad quite a bit so don't expect that good a season for them. They usually play a very direct style

Wealdstone, formerly from Harrow before selling up to "Cohen's" and ground-sharing with Watford, have since moved around and currently play at Ruislip, not too far from me.They have been a very useful outfit in their time with a couple of 'names' playing for them and are currently on the up after some hard times. They finished last season quite strongly and have enjoyed a pretty good pre-season so far with Elliot Benyon (ex-Torquay) regularly on the scoresheet.

If we don't manage to get promoted this season, there is the possibility that we may be meeting them (and him?) next.

Twice we come from behind with scrappy w@nker equalisers, eventually taking the lead with a hotly disputed pelanty and the fourth is an o.g. meaning we get off to a winning start to make the fans happy but cant get too big headed about it as the manner of the win isn't that convincing and it's a marathon not a sprint. And I must give huge respect to Dover for their style of play, but this league can be unforgiving, and top marks to their travelling squadron of supporters for making the trip.

Newton is having a shocker... Simple passes are going 10 yards wide! Struggling with the physicality of their defence when balls are going forward!
