Having problems viewing, I've always used my phone to view but ever since the site has changed nothing happens? Login ok but when trying to view videos all I get is a black screen after pressing play.

Can anyone help?

Are you trying to use an app?

I used to use FL app but they stopped using that now.

Works fine through my I phone by just going to google searching for the official site and then pressing play on the video.

Maybe Simmo can help if he looking in.

Yeah I've even deleted the bookmark before site was updated and added the new one.

I think that all registrations were cancelled at the end of the season because of the new platform that the videos were going to be shown on. You now register to the actual site, rather than Pools World. There is a 'free' sign up option, try that first and see if you can view the videos

have you tried from a pc instead or someone elses phone. At least that way you narrow it down to being your phone or your account at fault.

Do you get an option to reset your password? Try that if so

Aye mine did that at first. Had to reset my password about 5 times, too. If you have the Pools website bookmarked on your phone, delete it and re-bookmark it.

You should be able to access content on Pools PlayerHD on phones, laptops and tablets without any problem. I'm sorry to hear this hasn't been the case.

It's still pretty new to us since the summer switchover to new hosts but there is a customer service centre which should be able to pretty quickly advise on most issues:

Email: ifollow@efl.com
Phone: 0207 826 4577

Let me know if you have no joy though, I'm on mark.simpson@hartlepoolunited.co.uk

Yeah I was at my Dads house on Sunday and he was having similar problems trying to use it on his tablet, he said he's not been able to access video content since the end of the season. I will pass this on or have a pop round his house tomorrow after work and try to sort it out for him. My sister deleted the app and tried to re-install it then we couldn't find the app again!

Yeah, the PlayerHD app is obsolete now so won't work any longer unfortunately. And I am not sure we are getting a new App as EFL have made iFollow ones for all League clubs - and, well you know the rest...

But like I say, you should be able to access content on all devices directly via the website without needing to use an App.

Try using the chrome browser instead of the standard Android/Apple one, since Flash went on demand only instead of auto-running some browsers handle it differently. Chrome seems to do the best job of it from the examples I've seen.
