Only causes the problem if you catch a tap awkwardly.

Can't say I've had that but I do occasionally suffer from sciatica. Had a bulged disc the other month and was off work for a week which was agony.

I thought it was Latin for performance syndrome, which the team has been a sufferer of for years.

Its an awful pain, only beaten by the pain of gout imo.

I have a bulged disc in lower back which dont help and is probably root of the problem. Currently doing the mckenzie technique to try and reverse the bulge. Seems to be easing off a little bit tbh.

Basically iv got to avoid leaning forward, sit ups and twisting. So basically there goes most of the excerise i do aswell as golf.

On the plus side hoovering is a bad idea so Il get out of that which is a bonus.

Hopefully Yloop has been round to tREE's to take Cabbage for a walk. Seen as tREE is ill. Poor Cabbage needs exercise.
