I never really got why people called him 'Big Sam' I once had a pint at the same table as him and he's not really a big bloke, quite lean and not in the Ritchie pre season way. I associate Big Sam with that fat headed dick Allardyce.

Anyway I digress and wish him luck.

I never understood that either. The fact I get shouted down when I mention we sign a 6ft player, suggests why players and supporters of HUFC called him Big Sam, clearly a tall fish in a pond of short fish sadx
