We probably have too many central midfielders now with Newton signing. I could see someone leaving ,maybe Hawkins or Woods but we will see. Id say another central defender and a back up keeper is needed.

He got good press when he went on loan to Scotland the first time. Good to see another signing nowhere near either end of his career and has plenty still to prove.
Can only assume he wants to be in the North East again as he was fairly regular for Cambridge and had interest from elsewhere.

Agreed as it's improbable we could afford a squad of this size. Would rather keep Featherstone than Woods but I'm sure there would be others who think quite the reverse!
