Jut pure guess work on my behaf .........................TNS win tonight has implications I suspect for us as my best guess is their 'Acting Manager' will not join Pools as Assistant boss until they are knocked out of Champions League. I also wonder if the forward who scored that beauty in the home leg could be persuaded to join us as I think he got 2 tonight, Quigley I believe his name is, but no one would leave while their team is in the Champions League qualifiers for Divison 5 !!!!!!!!.

That crossed my mind as well , Scott Ruscoe , though I imagine if he got offered the managers job at TNS he would take it over coming to us as assistant.

I'm not sure he would, if it is him we're waiting on then surely it's a done deal or we'd be looking elsewhere? Surely all that can be achieved at TNS has been by Harrison?

It's interesting the likes of Linfield and TNS have progressed in Europe tonight and Glasgow Rangers didn't. To be fair they were playing the fourth best team in Luxembourg.

On paper sounds a good appointment.

Now can he bring another Jackson/Burgess/Williams with him?

Jenkins was my youth coach at Boro many moons ago. I was never his biggest fan, but people can change I suppose. Best of luck to him.
