Excellent that in my humble opinion.

I'm glad she's said it publicly, myself and other Trust board members discussed the finances in detail but in confidence. That's why I publically supported her, she was so open and honest in conversation.

Pam is a straight up trustworthy lady and deserves our full backing.

Turned a sinking ship around in double quick time , which is to be applauded. While there is still a very long way to go, it seems the club now have a platform to work from.

Plus Billy Horner, who is still under contract, and will remain so until we've paid off his blue Datsun.

Easily the best thing to happen to Pools in a long time.
We knew things were bad but possibly not how bad.

Scary to think how close we came to being out of business.

Admire her so much for how quickly she has stabilised the club and already how professional and open the club is being run with a real regard for the fans.

Likely Collins too. I thought Jones never had a contract so would hope (but it is only hope) he's no longer getting cash

She states specifically that Jones has no connections and is not on payroll of club 'unlike' some other former managers

I heard at the time that Jones wasn't being paid directly by the club.

I've not seen any of the video interviews with Pam.

Do you pronounce it Duxbury as in Duxbury, or Duxbury as in Duxbury?

What a breath of fresh air she is - honest, straightforward and enthusiastic. Tremendous stuff.

But that's the norm now isn't it? Managers aren't sacked per se, they are placed on "gardening leave" until their contract expires or they accept another job. I'm sure that''s the reason Moyes was in no rush to get a new job after he left Manchester Utd, and I want to say Di Matteo did something similar after he left Chelsea.

Yep, I was answering someone above saying they 'hoped' Jones wasn't getting paid whereas she states categorically he isn't unlike some other
