Just to clarify I didn't punch hin and had no intention of doing so.

I couldn't fight sleep.

Anyway. The bloke walked down the train and was over three foot six tall so there was no way I would knack him.

On a similar tack, why have train journeys in recent years started to arrive "into" rather than "at" e.g. Hartlepool as in previous years? What is this supposed to achieve apart from a further mangling of a simple statement? I mentioned this to a fellow Poolie, who is a train driver, on a journey home from the Vic last season and he was totally unaware of these announcements.

It is a rarity and makes a pleasant change when an announcement resorts to the original version.
