I've never had a go on a pair of surgically enhanced knockers, but from what I've studied on the internet, I reckon small natural ones would be nicer than large false ones. Only a hunch, but I'm willing to be proved wrong.

Strangely Mr PIN I've only felt 1 pair of fake ones (that I know ov). Was a work colleagues friend and said bossoms were small and proportional. Hence the feel as I didn't believe, then she told the sad story of the jokes at her expense growing up (fried eggs etc).

However I do prefer natural boobies.

A lass I worked with had them done, paid for by her boyfriend, who was a bit of a controller. She let female colleagues check them out, but no gadgies were allowed near. Even if she'd been willing, it would have been odd testing them. For starters the tongue would need to remain in my mouth, and I would have needed to adopt the investigative stance of someone performing a medical examination.

A female friend had hers done a few years ago, and they then looked like a pool ball in a sock hanging down. Needless to say I never asked for a look or a feel!
