Is there a new app or something? Last video i can see is the "Time to Rise" video from 15 days ago. Are the new player ones not on there?

I can't sign into the new HD player. I'm getting the error message. Been through the new password step then when I log in I get

"The address wasn’t understood

Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (httpss) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

You might need to install other software to open this address."

Anyone else got problems?

I can see the videos I want to view (Magnay and Donaldson) on the OS on my desktop but the links don't work.

I got an email saying they were switching over to a new platform and it would take up to a month. Probably the reason the new videos have gone up as 'free' ones...

No worries. It's something to do with the transfer over to this iFollow platform, where all football league matches will be streamed live for people living outside of the UK. Just read that they're expecting launch mid-June so should be back up and running soon

There have been a few problems since switch to new website but if anyone is struggling to log-in then you can email ifollow@efl.com and they should be able to sort you out.

For now, the FL Player App some of you may have used is obsolete but all PlayerHD content can be accessed on any device direct through the website.

Hope that helps!

Thanks Mark. Will there be a new mobile app then?

I generally watch the interviews etc while taking a dump so it's handy not having to log into a website etc on me phone.

My fat fingers ain't no good for logging into websites on me phone so I like the fact the app keeps me logged in especially when I'm curling one out.

Not sure on App but there is an option to "remain signed in" which may help you get to the content quicker and therefore allow maximum concentration for, erm, other activities.

Is iFollow an American or Australian company any chance? I'm trying to resolve my log in issues and they respond at night when I'm dreaming about Rachel Riley (not sat on the toilet as that's not my thing - obviously)
