New company incorporated today on Companies House.

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/comp ... 5/officers

Assuming by the name that this is a holding company. Would this company have been set up for shares to be bought by numerous people/companies, to ultimately become the shareholder of pools? And in some way be the start of the end of Gary Coxall completely?

It appears to be owned currently by Sage Investments (over 75% shares), and possibly Pam, with Pam being sole director.

Someone with more knowledge than me can hopefully piece something together from this?

Begs the question what is happening to all of the shares held by the numerous individuals who invested years ago..........

If Newco is to acquire HUFC Ltd, they still need to acquire the Coxall shares...............

But hopefully this is the start of positive steps - even if only baby steps.......

Nobody has bought anybody yet. Anyone can set up a company called HUFC "anything they like". Be nice if Pam were to let us know what's in the pipeline!

The question is since January Player sales have mounted to a minimum of 450k + the Sky money for the Doncaster game + increased revenue for the crowd on the day. Where has the money gone and why are the club dragging their heels on player recruitment.I feel the only possible answer can be that they are in negotiations with incoming investment.

Or the cash has gone to pay off salaries, running costs, historic costs, HMRC, the police, the council........................but ideally nothing more to certain scallywags.............
