Dave Jones told his players they have to improve quickly after Monday’s 2-1 defeat at Leyton Orient kept them just one point above the League Two relegation zone.

My favourite bit:

“What Liam does at the end, I don’t know – I can’t even bring myself to ask him."

You can't bring yourself to ask your own player what the fuck he was playing at?

No wonder we're going down.

I'd throw in "what is my name?" and "What is this white box for around the place where I sit every fucking game?"

It certainly wasn't pretty. Where we go from here I don't know but there were absolutely no positives to take from todays game.

He should hoy in " Did I make the right decisions when we went behind, did I make the right substitutions, why do I persist in playing Amond up front on his own, why cant I motivate this bunch of players, why didn't I sign experienced players in January instead of a bunch of kids, what am I actually doing here, who am I working for, should I step aside and hand over the reins to someone that's got a fucking clue "

Not so much a manager, more a philosopher. That's all we need.

I can take some positives.

1) Donnelly won't play on Saturday, he was woefully and needs time out to consider whether he is committed to being a professional football.
2) We can stop pretending that Brad Walker and Scott Harrison are a league two central defensive partnership and bring in Matthew Bates who is an experienced footballer.
3) We can let Dover have Nicky Deverdics back.
4) We can start with Michael Woods who at least got his foot on the ball and tried to make things happen in the middle of the park
5) We can all admit Devante Rodney is not an impact sub so he can go back to the reserves and then be released in three games time

....
