That's what I'm hearing.

There was a camera at Blackpool, in a fans hat, doing what you described above.

Rumours are unconfirmed yet if he filmed the half time piss.

Mind it looks like from September I'll be leaving the UK for a while so I maybe need to get in touch with hat man so I can also claim to rate players I have never seen play. Does he do the full match day experience? Will he stand with my mates in the Millhouse after the game and talk shite for a couple of hours the so I feel like I'm not missing out?

At the moment PJ we have more questions than answers.

All I know is this person films the game from a hat, and streams it to a friend abroad.

This actually breaks copyright laws. So the football league may be interested in speaking to #hatman

Please if you see him Saturday, photo him and send it to us.

You've all misunderstood. I am hatman, but I don't really use a camera in a hat. I've managed to break into GCHQ's systems so I can use CCTV and orbiting spy cameras to stream live coverage to anyone who wants it.*

*Not really, but it seems just as plausible to me. In that it's not. At all. Imagine the bill for data on your mobile contract if you streamed a whole game?

I am think most of the networks are pretty reasonable when it comes to hat contracts, most also offer pay as you go hats.

He's been very impressed by the recent performances of Brad Deerstalker bbolt

He was once thrown out of Centre Court for filming a Roger Fedora match, the camera fell off due to him moving his head violently back and forth. Probably the wrong sport for this state of the art technology.

I discovered it from a friend who reads another forum. You have to read it. I can't do it justice by describing it to you.

The whole game is filmed via a camera in a hat. Streamed via an app. To China. With such good quality that it can help a man comment on the individual performances etc etc

You can get unlimited data on three I think and there are numerous streaming apps like periscope, bigo and even Facebook. Two small problems might be that China block fecking everything and would probably hang anyone found to be using a VPN and also the likely quality of such a recording would be akin to watching sky sports on a potato.
