Irrrespective of how rich you are, why would you pay this sort of money for a rented house?

Well up to recently, people were renting them and opening dope farms in them. They soon got their money back. :grin:

If I had oodles of money then yes I'd pay that sort of money for a short term rental, though not that house there!
