After the match last night we got in the car and pulled out onto Marina Way and the car suddenly developed an excruciating whining sound, started like a jet taxiing then built up into this monotonous whine that kept changing in frequency but always repetitive.
Then realised I'd turned on Radio Tees and was receiving the borers phone in,....... then it became quite entertaining

Only Boro fans could get promoted after what must of been 10 years and then moan about the entire season.

There's a masochistic streak there. It could be genetic.

I think it might have something to do with the fact that their average home attendance is getting on for 10 times as big as ours, but who knows? Anyway, radio phone ins are always terrible - thick as mince callers and patronising presenters.

Three reasons for me not to slag off the Borer - Christian Burgess, Adam Jackson, Joe Fryer.

If you want to go right back I loved Eric McMordie when he was playing for Pools - cracking little player.

But in two out of the last three seasons the loans of Burgess (plus Matty Dolan) and Jackson were probably the difference between Pools staying up and going out of the league - and I think Fryer can do the same for us this season.

Come to think of it, i could have mentioned Charlie Wyke in season 14/15 - only a short spell at Pools but very important goals!

Up the Borer!
