reduce ticket prices to a fiver, get the ground full, get some atmosphere going and see if somehow the hartlepool public can get this shower of shite to raise their game and win a few games. We must be favourites to go down as things stand with our run in.

The atmosphere has been piss poor for years now and that's with people who want to be there.

Reducing to £5 and filling it with people who don't care in the slightest isn't going to suddenly produce an atmosphere which will spur the players on.

We need to basically go back to how played down at Portsmouth where everything is put into game to get a point. But we had Carson then who would win us points on his own. It's a sorry state of play at present as can't see how we are getting to even 40 points, never mind 50.

Orient and Notts county away; does anyone see us getting any points?

other clubs have tried this reduced admission business and gates haven,t showed much of a difference. only way you,d increase it really is have a kid for 50p entrance etc. but then the club might be guilty of child abuse.

in my experience of these floating "fans", if they don't currently give a fuck at £18 they are hardly likely to change their mind at £5. It worked in the "great escape" season as we just started to put a mini run together and had some momentum, but currently we are the whipping boys of the league, so there's no bandwagon to jump on this time.

Depressing times. Hoping for a miracle but I can't see it this time.

I was going to but then I thought that we all need to make sacrifices to support the 'Buy Dave a new jumper' campaign....

Maybe fans who think the team is a "shower of shite" would be doing everyone a favour by staying away? Moaning never did add much to an atmosphere.
