I tried to claim against a golf ball hitting the back door and cracking the pvc frame, some rarfs were whacking them about on the Saxon field and one hit the back door of my nanna's. The insurers refused to pay out because the buildings insurance didn't cover accidental damage. You f-u-c-king what?
Anyway, it would have only been another poxy £2/month to cover for accidental damage, which wasn't explained or offered to me at the time of taking out the policy.
Needless to say, I changed insurers immediately, and got a lad I know to do it as a guvvy job for a daft few quid.

exactly - the mind boggles - but if I'd said it was deliberate, they would then have accused me of knowing it was deliberate, and that I must have known about it or had a hand in it, how else would I know it was deliberate?
