Hignett to be gone within a fortnight. An experienced manager (ex Premier League and Championship) returning to the game after a break to come in and turf out the dross and make us a 'professional club' again.

Offers received from 5 clubs in League One and the Championship for Nathan Thomas. Player wants to make sure the club is safe before he leaves so is willing to wait until the summer for his move.

The job has been offered to the other manager and he's deciding if he wants to take it or not. Very high probability that he will accept as he's been out of the game for a while.

It's the impression he gave, he said he's likely to accept as he's been out of the game for a while. Mowbray is a good shout I just didn't think that part of compos description fit.

Not sure how JPNGs contracts work but it's near the end of the transfer deadline meaning minimal chance to bring in more players.
