It's a section of the internet that's hidden from tracking. 95% of it is populated by people who are just there because they can be and they think they're mint, the other 5% is a marketplace for illegal stuff.

I was in there just out of curiosity by the way, I haven't branched out into drug dealing. Or buying come to that. One thing I do know is that I have seen anything as weird as putting brown sauce on fish fingers.
