Programme on BBC4 the other night, was quite interesting.

Although at the start of the programme the presenter was at what looked like the blue lagoon, saying he was a Seaton Caarew. Strolling along, he picked up a lump of sea coal he happened upon, which was the size of a house brick. I have never seen one that big, has anyone else?

ive lived in hartlepool(near seaton carew) for 57 years now and never came across a piece of sea coal that big...interesting programme though

The 'presenter' wouldn't have clue what seacoal was, they probably give him a piece of slag.
