No whining, no ifs no buts, a simple yes or no will suffice..

Lets put this one to bed (easy Mr Atweasle!)

Would you like to see Boydy back at Pools?

I say YES

if we could get him for the right price then definitely

i'd love to see him back at pools and put right what was an awful last season for him at pools. the way he was f*cked around by scott, then injured for a large part of it, and then came back to early from injury was such a disappointment after a great season before that

you can add as many caveats as you like about fitness, price, attitude all being right but there's no doubting the guys talent and i reckon back in a pools shirt in lge 1 he'd sort himself out

all that said i don't think wilson will go for him!!

Now there's a debate, he was good, but not that good. Joe Allon in his prime and Gordon Watson would both be in my attack before Adam Boyd.

Boydy worked well with Flash, and worked well with Joel. And Eifion.

Boydy is the best.

if anyones says no, can they name a better option for the money that actually fookin wants to play for us ?

aah so the inside track has the inside track

best centre forward to play for us - in recent years possibly for 16 months or so - but best one to play for us ever is a bit of an off the cuff remark.

boyd would need to play with porter again as joel was his foil.

yes he was excellent, an individual with great flair and strength for someone so slight.

however, i have reservations over his knee, his social life, his attitude when he left the club, the fact that he even contemplated playing at the ski slope, the whole prodigal son situation, his expected salary and the fact that there are better strikers out there that we may be able to get that don't have his baggage.

he was a great player when he was on fire who was (not alone here) fooked around by scotty but is it the right move - 170k is still 170k and it's a great price for a proven championship forward which is what we should be looking for

there again 25 year old, keen as fek to come back as per the inside track, fit, clean, scoring goals - would love to be proved wrong.

Nope, we'd hardly been relegated two minutes and he proudly stated that he wanted to be out of Pools so as far as I'm concerned he has made his bed and can lie in it.

I also strongly disagree that he was the best striker we have ever had and there's plenty of statistics to back that up.

He's been a pro footballer for 7 years now and performed in 1.25 of them. He'd been an expensive risk and I'd rather see other areas addressed which are of higher importance like the back four.
