Or whatever age group they play.

Wouldnt it just be better if pools just stick the pruces up to rwenty five notes to get in and ni concessions.

Pools are against this cup, right?

Prices are not set by pools but the competition.

So it's not an option

I didn't realise that, if true there's pretty much nothing less to make the competition more of a joke.

I was looking at the rules the other day and this is not the case, it is the decision of each home team as to what they charge. From what I saw about this weeks fixtures the prices varied from £5 for an adult to £14 I think I saw somewhere.

Yes it was a completely ridiculous post.

Why would the club charge £25 quid for this shite, the have basic costs to cover themselves like wages and turning the lights on. They have to fulfil the fixture whatever they think of the format so why deliberately make a loss?

OK so tell me. How much do they need to take to break even?

You dont know do you?

So surely by making it as cheap as chips, just to attract a few customers, wont make it break even will it?

I dont know, but neither do you.

If theymake it extremely cheap they may sell a couple of thousand tickets to Sunderland fans, and thus need more police, therefore increasing their cost.

If they could ensure no fucker turned up, they could probably just open the CK stand, and have 3 coppers there.

See?

You are being daft, it is never going to happen and is a really silly idea.

You could put a couple of thousand in the Cyril Knowles and Rink End anyway and close the other two sides. Hopefully nowhere near as many as that turn up though.
