So long as we get a decent fee and a good sell on clause. At his best he's too good for league 2 by far

Micky Nelson shouted it out of the window of his Audi while he was overtaking him on the A689, he was giving Micky Rae a lift at the time.

Clearly made up. Picked a reasonably sized Northern club so it fits with NTs desire to be near the NE.

What cheese do you consume by the pound before you go to bed and dream.... Or, do you eat three tins of alphabet spaghetti, sh1t it and rearrange the letters into your 'predictions'....?

Anyone who believes a fee we receive for a player would be reinvested needs sectioning.

Without Thomas we would quickly become a team which struggles and possibly is towards bottom like last few seasons. He's basically our only outlet, everything positive goes through him

They wouldn't need sectioning, we haven't sold a player for a fee under the current regime so nobody knows if the money would be reinvested in the team. Nobody knows if we'd even sell him.

We got a bit of extra money for having a couple of games on telly and that helped to sign Thomas in the first place and we had decent bids for other players accepted who didn't come.

I'd say there's more chance then when Hodcroft was in charge.

I think Thomas is excellent but we can still create without him. If any team loses their best player then they will inevitably be poorer.

With regards to spending the money on the team. What has the chairman done that makes you think that? He has never claimed to be rich and so far as I can see he has stuck to his word. He promised any money generated would be put back in to the team. Regardless of what anyone says, we are a better team now than we have been for a number of years and the chairman is never going to please everyone but if choosing between coxall or hodcroft, I would go coxall all the way.

it's ridiculous how much he creates for us....i don't see how you replace that....certainly without luck or spending a bit of cash

i'm looking more into that we seem to be wanting to sign scott harrison back up yet deemed him not good enough at end of last season....keeping richards etc...i would hardly say cash has been spent and we have earned some decent unbudgeted income surely since they took over. Not once has it been compared to IOR but that was also the end of the era, during their time here you couldn't say they never give money for signings when needed; just the last 3/4/5 years.
