Looking to buy a new PC or all in one. I'm going to be using it for college and work. Probably won't be playing any games on it.

Anyone have any ideas of the best one to buy? Looking to spend about £800.

Mr Freaky, I'm no expert and haven't bought a pc in years, but these days I believe you are better off not buying a pre built/manufactured pc but find a "build your own" type where you can add/delete what you need. I know a decent shop in Bishop, but am sure you can find a one nearer. PS when I said build yourself, I meant the shop will do it for you, then you can tailor it to your needs.

I built my own, can be faffy, but you get way more for your money. 800 bar would be overkill if your not gaming on it.

Plenty of powerful laptops for 400 quid or less, perfect as a desktop replacement, especially cheap now as the back to school/uni sales are on.

Like I said Mr Freaky, I'm no expert, but that looks vastly overpriced. Sorry to burst your bubble, but look around, you will get a much better deal.

As a gauge, have a look at the DELL website to see what you require, then check out build your own specs locally and tailor to your needs Again check with someone with more knowledge than me..

I thought they were the fastest though? Or is it the potential import issues that worry you?
