Me and the gaffer are in the algarve this week. The place seems to be swamped with Welsh. Bit of a tricky situation as I may have been rooting for Wales that was until they decided to celebrate at England's exit ( not EU but euro 2016) so I think I will be cheering for the Portuguese tonight

Mostly been watching tennis but the 6 or 7 times I switched it on it was just Wales passing between their centre backs. Anything else happened?

This might sound strange but I really don't think Gareth Bale has played well in open play this tournament. I can't remember him going past a man in any of the games. Wales are missing Ramsey who has been the more influential player. Portugal have been as awful as they have been in just about every other game so far. It's very even, wouldn't like to call this one.

Like I said take away two free kicks that both should have been saved and a goal against the worst team in it I think he's been pretty average all tournament. Ramsey has been the heartbeat of the team, tonight has probably shown his value more than when he's played.

Portugal actually looked a lot better individually tonight but France and Germany are both teams full of good players.
