So are we all chuffed to bits for them then? Seeing as how they are our new best friends.

When I see we, I dont mean me, obviously. I couldnt care less.

No good team has ever played in Green.

Rather they stayed down potential to bring good support up here. A decent away day as well, but good luck to them. Decent division next year with Doncaster,Blackpool and Grimsby down for away days. Shame York went down.

I presume all the "poolies" who celebrated their goals were going wild!

Smallcrafts got promoted out of the Sunday league 2nd division a few years ago with a lovely green crest strip. So your theory doesn't hold water at all.

Werder Bremen, Wolfsburg, St Etienne, Rapid Vienna and, err, Blyth Spartans all play in bits of green.
Lot's of people don't seem to like green, God knows why, grass, trees etc? My last car was a lovely metallic green - made a change from the black, white or fifty shades of grey that all new cars seem to be.
