..despite my cynicism over the global warming 'industry', I believe strongly in the elimination or reduction in the waste of resources, but what I can't stand is the way issues are seized upon and gain the status of
religions with the same attitude of unquestionable 'truths' that only heretics can argue against...wrongly in their eyes!
I am beginning to think that we have to have a scare every couple of years to find work for all the useless, dimmer graduates from the window licking end of the media studies courses so they can get jobs as 'global warming outreach co-ordinators' or.... 'sea rise flooding equality and diversity evacuation plannning prioritisers' and thus stop them being on the unemployed register....
WORST OF ALL...are the pompous naggers who go on and on and on and on about global warming and flying and cars and everything that makes life bearable, then fly around the world and drive Volvo's on their way to the next rally to condemn the building of a power station and have a holiday home on the other side of the world ........... and who'll only be happy when we're all living in caves and eating berries and doing the odd cave painting.

I'm not eating them if they're grown using chemical fertiliser......and I sincerely hope we'll be using bio-degradable water based paint on the cave walls.......

The cave paintings will of course feature scenes from the dreaded 'global warming prophecies' and will feature only politically correct cameos from the world of equality and transgender diversity in the post apocolyptic world of global warming where the sea level rise was discovered to be something called the ...tide....

There was a woman on the radio news yesterday from Darton where I used to work. She said (broad Barnsley) 'Wi cum dahn s'mornin and thuz watter and stuff ivriwah, wi din't n' wear t' start.....' Nowt new love, there's always shite floating round Barnsley......

I work with a bloke who does a Barnsley war cry to almost every thing he has to buy......
