Has there always been seeding in the league cup? i personally think that it is a ridiculous idea, is everything in football manufactured to help out the so called bigger clubs or what. Why can't they just draw the thing normally?

Well it's a load of shite then isn't it?

Is Doncaster Rovers, Oldham or Barnsley a glamour tie? I'm not just talking about for us but for anyone. It's a joke, it should just be a fair draw......

I enjoyed the 2nd leg of the tie against Chesterfield. One of my first ever games, there was none of this shitty seeding then.......

And the draw in the following round wasn't a bad one.........

For some clubs it's the ONLY chance they get to play against decent opposition all season. Take Darlo last season, they played at Reading, a Premiership ground.

Best thing that ever happened if you ask me, or weren't you around for League Cup 1st round ties in front of 1300 at Rotherham/York/Halifax etc....? I was and it was fookin' DEPRESSING. rolfl

DEPRESSING confised some of the best games ive seen at pools have been in these competitions on a tuesday night in front of 1300 people, no fooking moaners either. not saying you do much like elvis
