Plenty of options for Ronnie Moore with the new signings. Not sure how we'll line up but here's my selection:

Carson

Duckworth Bates Jackson Jones

Gray Magnay Woods Oyenuga

Bingham, Mandaron

I would play Harrison in place of Woods in midfield, bit of bite and Kai instead of Kudos, apart from that Kirsty, not a bad effort

Looks like he wants to give a straight forward 442 a go. Looks like my 2-1 Bingham first scorer bet is off though.

Embarrassing standard of football so far.

Almost like our players are just a bit thicker than Orient's

Orient have been classier but for a team with so many new players I think Pools look solid if unspectacular. Wheyyey... second one just gone in . 2-1

Loan players all impressed and were the better of our players. Ducky, Bates, Magnay solid enough as well. Gray very impressive.

However as an exile can see why we've been struggling, we're certainly not much of a footballing team. Looking forward to catching he games over Christmas when I'm home

Thought all loan players were superb but Bates was immense throughout. Third just a joy to watch and what a credit to the lad to drop from the Prem and move 300 miles North and apply himself in such a way.

Take a read of the orient board you would think they just lost to the worst team ever. We weren't that bad were we? Second half thought we did pretty well.

Play offs are a dream. Just shows with decent recruitment in crucial areas how potent we can be. Also Magnay is like a new signing. Well done Ronnie he executed his game plan perfectly.

I was pleased with the effort as much as anything. A perfect result with a decent performance in less than perfect conditions. It was certainly good enough. Well done lads.

Thought Bates looked very assured and positioning top notch. All loanees did well.

Would like to see Bingham with Mandron. Fenwick poor imo yet heard people slagging Moore for taking him off?
