Thought I was going to miss the first game of the season because of a work trip, but flying out on Sunday morning now.

Can't wait - first look at the remodelled team - chance for the new boys to impress and great to see Woods and Bingham back in action for Pools.

Anything other than getting beat will do - six competitive games coming up in August so they will soon improve as a unit.

Refreshing to see people looking forward to games again.

I'm struggling to predict a score with any logic due to to all the new players and the pre season record so will just let my heart rule. 2-1 with Paynter and Bingham doing their thing.

I'm gonna be as optimistic as fook and say 4-0 to pools, Bingham 2, Featherstone & paynter, crowd 4957. 8-)8-)
