Excellent use of 'they' to stigmatise a whole group of people because some of them do something wrong. I'll credit you with the idea that you wouldn't do this when talking about other ethnic groups so what makes it OK to stereotype Eastern Europeans? Funnily enough this what the French round here say about the British because of the pissed up pensioners who think it is alright to drive hammered because its sunny.
