Anyone going to it - think there maybe a car full of us turning up. Never been there before, any decent pubs near the ground?

Already had one drop out but there is still three of us going.

There's a Marston's pub on the main road outside the ground and I didn't get past there personally. Also they didn't allow parking in the car park last year because it was 'fully booked' despite it being half empty but it was easy enough on the road outside.

Last year they let us stand and there was 420 there in think but this year they've gave us 400 seated tickets; if they are honestly expecting that many to send us such a number of tickets, I don't see a problem with us standing. Plus it saves a few quid.

Stewards were a holes in the way they went on when we scored a last minute winner there and there has been similar cases with other teams.

It might just be me but before I go to grounds I always have a look on football ground guide to find pubs and such which fans have recommended. http://www.footballgroundguide.com/leag ... be-fc.html

wouldn't dream of going so fair play to anyone who is.

we don't even muster a shot in our away games so the evens for morecambe and win to nil odds look very nice.

3 of us on the train from Euston via Lancaster.

It's a new ground for me but having witnessed the pathetic showings at dagenham and Pompey in the last 3/4 weeks, I can't remember ever feeling so unmotivated about watching pools sadx

I'm also booked on the train for York, seemed a good idea at the time stpid

Thinking about making the trip was a good day out last year and could break up the weekend by staying with family in Lancaster.

Lived in Lancaster for 3 years and never once managed to make it to Morecambe's ground for various reasons. Fancied the trip this time around, but the Burton game has just killed all motivation I had to travel there and watch another shite game.

Forget about getting a result tommorow a victory for us would be having a shot on goal or being able to beat the first man from a corner.

I went last year at xmas when we were just outside play-offs we won 2 1 a brilliant individual performance from james poole. I thought a few good signings in the january window and we going up at wembley. How wrong i was cheers IOR.

Just shows how quickly things can change when the owners have no ambition and a vengeance with the council.
