i can't believe that people still believet this global warming shite. There is a news story orientated around global warming or carbon phuqing emissions nearly every day.

Whats even harder to believe is that some people think that if we change our ways then suddenly the planet will be saved, I'm sick of hearing about it......

It somehow seems to be an accepted 'fact' now. What clinched it for me was the Channel 4 documentary a few weeks ago. They showed clips from an episode of Horizon from the 70s, which used the same apocalyptic tone, scary scientific 'evidence', shots of icebergs, floods, droughts etc that get shown relentlessly now. The only difference being that the 'expert' was warning us about global cooling.

GLOBAL WARMING....it's the new 'shut you up phrase' ...the sort of thing used to justify any action taken about anything, you question their actions and they say ...."it's because of ..... GLOBAL WARMING" :shock:

Maybe they were right after all, it was bloody freezing today!!!!

It's because they shagged up 'the war on terror.' We've always had someone blowing us up and we're quite used to it by now so we didn't all scream and run when they told us the 'tarrarasts' were coming over the hill.
