Last season was probably the best yet for a Midlands-based Poolie like meslef, the coming one is a bit crap really in comparison.

However I can't complain really, those who live in the town and turn up regularly at places like Swindon, Bournemouth, Swansea etc deserve medals.

You can't knock Darlo at the minute - they must be close to the top of Division Four. - Accrington Stanley are above them though........

Being in Leeds there are a few games less than an hour away:

Doncaster, Leeds, Huddersfield, Oldham and a couple just over that with Tranmere, Crewe and Forest.

Not as many as last time we were in League one but still not too bad.
