Here you go: rakxe

Show this to your troops see if they can get a bit of motivation from it.
After all you keep telling them they are in a mans game.

And please remind them that 1 or 2 in this video may be missing
Their kids.

Brilliant posting. I know I get sick of the bleating but in particular the players are tired routine having played twice in a week ie 3 hours work for professional athletes. No one ever challenges that when interviewed.FFS. Meanwhile back on Planet Earth.

Terrible posting. Completely irrelevant with no improvement in motivation/footballing ability of anybody watching it.

In sport you can only get so much out of motivation if you aren't as good as the bloke you're playing against. It's likely he's as motivated as you has just as much desire to win as you. The players are trying for me, they just aren't a very good team. We don't need rousing speeches we need quality players.

So you believe the players have the right attitude, ok.

So if the bloke your playing against is better than you
Then you make sure he,s not allowed to get the better of you
And thats where attitude comes through and you battle for your mates
Now please don,t tell me each and every player is doing that.

There are players playing non league who have quality
But they don,t have the drive nor desire(attitude) to
Play league football.

I'd probably bother with some actual tactical analysis rather than a load of rubbish about how everyone should be more like soldiers.

Soldiers typically would put their life in serious jeopardy for their workmates. Footballers don't have the same mentality. I'm not suggesting they should by the way.

To be fair, the OP is totally barking up the wrong tree. That's about as politically correct as Í'm prepared to go.
