If I owned the club I wouldn't be shelling out on big wages and transfer fees either. It is common business sense. We aren't Man City. Lets see who else he can get to give us a hand. The summer will be the make or break for the owners. Regardless of what league we are in.

Ken sacked Hughes for taking us down and he actually won some games so can't see any hope for Moore if he takes us down.

He's got to better than anyone who might take the job when we go down. No doubt Russ would appoint another team's youth coach if Ronnie went. He was desperate to get back into football when he joined so I feel we got lucky and we might get lucky next season as he said he didn't want his career to end on a negative.
Whatever your opinion of him is I think we'll all agree the manager isn't the problem. Cooper made some duff signings but signing cripples from the Boro suggests to me the wage budget didn't allow much scope to bring players in, so out of desperation he asked his mates. Same applies with Harewood, I'd be suprised if the three of them we earning much at Pools since at least 2 of them have businesses out of football.

I am too but the new owners seem to have the same open door policy with the fans.

If the takeover is still to be approved surely that means the club is still owned by IOR and might explain why Ken Hodcroft is still attending games, the IOR signage at the ground is all still in place, and the rumours that shareholders havent been notified is correct.

Or the takeover has been completed and the new owners just dont have any money to invest as they claimed when they took over.

The last 3 Managers this season seemed to get the loan players in no problem.
I thought Ronnie would have the contacts to do this no bother.Whats going on has the new boiler used up all the transfer funds.
