On the website confirmed that Lanzoni, Schmeltz and Ironside have all left the club. Not a surprise there really but I didn't mind Ironside personally, he was very raw but with a bit of experience could turn out alright.

Am I right to presume Featherstone is being kept on seen as he and Schmeltz both signed at the same time? If he wasn't you'd assume they'd announce that now as well.

No, not as yet anyway. It seems Moore has been having difficulty getting people to come, so would need to keep some players that otherwise he'd get shot of.

I can see this only ending up two ways here either Featherstone will end up leaving the club or staying a bit longer. Just a gut feeling.

It's a shame he it didn't work out for Sidney he seemed a nice bloke with a good attitude towards the club. As a player he did remind me of a young Kona Hislop though. Plus I saw him in Asda the other week in a pair of very questionable leather trousers and knew from that moment onwards that his days were numbered.
