Location: Hartlepool - for now....
I wasn't watching it properly so I might be wrong but I'm sure that they were asking people to vote for the greatest living Brit - anyway the Queen won but the winning speech by Prince Andrew was pre-recorded.

Was this another scam .....?

Unless they made all of the nominee's do a victory speech, anyway I smell a rat........
