I am somewhat surprised that tickets for Exeter have not been reduced to £5. I can't see there being many casuals paying £25/20 quid for the last rites of the season with nothing riding on the game. Surely it would have been a good idea to try and end the home campaign on a high with as good an attendance/atmosphere as possible.

Extremely thick from pools if they don't try n get some people in. After the last game and that last half hour you have thought some common sense would have have come into play.

I agree. But can see why no announcement been made yet. The Morecambe game was going to result in the losers being in trouble. Pools also knew how much they had to return to Morecambe fans. They'd know how many tickets they'd sold simply by making a phone call. So whatever they refunded Morecambe fans who'd bought tickets at the more expensive price, they probably knew they could make back from Pools fans walking in on the day. Not only that but attract some more Morecambe fans

Saturday is the proverbial nothing game , no matter what the result is. Pools will be saying how many home fans will come if price lowered and will it also attract more Exeter fans. As businessmen they're probably saying wont attract enough. Please don't say we should be looking at next season, we lost something like 14,000 fans between Cardiff and first game next season.

But I do agree should be lower but I not running club

You aren't going to get the same response as Morecambe (were the crowd looked bigger than 4,800 to me) but even 500 on top of the usual 3,500 and it's worthwhile compared to hardly anyone paying £25. You can't see Exeter bringing many more than 100 whatever the cost so 400-500 more Poolies would cover them only paying a fiver.

It doesn't bother me as it's my round at half time on Saturday and the queue will be smaller but after the feeling at the end of the last game it does feel like they are missing a trick.

I am not paying £25 to watch fourth division shite.

Pools can fuck off.

Unless I get a game as well.

Only if they still have Nathan Luscombe's shirt in the kit hamper. Or you could borrow H'Angus's. :-D
