The red of the badge clashes with the pink on the shirt. Sort it out pools!!

The changes to the home shirt are as minimal as the changes in the England shirts.

And changing it after a year, it's normally 2.

Not cool pools

Same old boring stripes...... does anyone apart from the NSE actually care or think sod it...who apart from pedantic geek would be bothered...... There's no incentive to buy a product that is fundamentally the same as all that went before it.... the only people needing to buy one, apart from the NSE clique, are those people who never have them off their back and wear them for every occasion......... in the bath , funerals.... even during sex,.........hmmmm unlikely... probably impossible.......unimaginable in fact.

There's plenty of great designs out there....these aren't them.

That pink one is awful. Worst Pools strip ever to me.

The home one is fine, there's only so much you can do with stripes and there's nowt wrong with tradition.

Why are we having a player in a new Mr Blobby suit of an away kit posing in a office with a sheet in background and a christmas decoration which was last seen in my nana's house in about 1987.

They are poor photos it has to be said. That folded up table really contributes to the budget atmosphere.

Initial reaction was horrible; but I like the away one now... the home has been done before; but it's still good.

It's not so much pink as more 'cerise'...wikipedia:- ' is a deep to vivid reddish pink'.

...the plus - should be able to spot each other better under away team floodlights.

They could play in string vests for me as long as they get results.

maybe with keeping the price of the season tickets very low the club have decided to release another shirt in order to try and gain some extra revenue, I guess there will be some people who will then buy the shirt with the money they have saved on their season ticket

Well that's bollox as we've had cheap season tickets for 3 years n haven't had to do this before.

They've actually put the price of the adult shirts up from £40 to £46 aswell.

I used to like the fact pools give shirts a 2 season run, it was like they were better than the prem teams who where changing every season, I was glad our club stood up to that.

Shame really.

Does any adult really buy a Pools shirt for anything other than going to the gym or playing footy in? Last one I had I was about 17 I dont know why but I hat blokes wearing replica shirts it all seems a bit sad.

Each to their own compo, It's no different to people wearing labels, why would any adult want to advertise a brand for another company and pay to do so? It's the same thing really.

I like footy shirts for casual wear, quick pop to the town or a walk out, I also like pools shirts for holidays as it's a good conversation starter and it's good material in the sun.

I'll just give this next shirt a swerve, no biggy.

I'm sure the kids/nephews will be after one at Christmas like.

P.S. Your only smug as you can still fit in a kids size!

We had a kids match last night, and the resounding repsonse to the pink kit was "fuck off I am not buying that."

Now I know opinions change, but there is a reason why blokes dont generally go round wearing pink.

I suspect the club may not have thought this one through.

also, not sure about how many variations of blue and white stripes they think people will buy either.

When was the last time we changed home kits after a year?

Except maybe the centenary one?

True. Here he is in the new third kit. Very fancy boots but at least they are black.
